Managing people is one of the trickiest roles any of us can undertake. In the context of hybrid team working, it really can be even more of a challenge. This model of working, where some people in your team are likely to be working from home at least part of the week, requires both tried and tested approaches to leading and working with your team, as well as new ideas. These include empowering your colleagues, providing extra support in all areas of activity and interaction, and building in as much flexibility as possible.

We will look at how to build trust and how to stay ahead of the game in terms of managing your team’s workload. We will also examine how you can influence productivity with regular channels of communication, and how to foster the spirit of collaborative effort when everyone is potentially located remotely from each other, or in a hybrid mixture on any given day, of remote and office-based locations.

This workshop will be helpful to managers at all levels who want to ensure that their different ways of working and their teams remain productive and feel supported.
