Responsive Government Survey 2022: Charitable Donation Terms and Conditions

  1. The charitable donation terms are for all participants of Global Government Forum’s Responsive Government Survey 2022.
  2. The opening date for the survey is from 00:00 on 25.05.2022 until 08.09.2022.
  3. Global Government Forum values your feedback to ensure we and our partners provide relevant information and content to you. As a thank you for your participation, upon completing the survey, Global Government Forum will make a donation of £5.00 GBP (or rounded up to nearest figure in local currency) to the Chosen Charity (defined below) of your choice (the “Donation”) for each completed survey response by an individual participant.
  4. In order for us to make the Donation, you must complete the survey. Completing the survey means that you answer all required questions and click ‘Submit’ on the last page of the survey.
  5. If you exit the survey before completing it, the donation will not be made.
  6. The chosen charity is UNICEF (the “Chosen Charity”).
  7. The Donation is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  8. The decision of Global Government Forum regarding any aspect of the Donation is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Global Government Forum reserves the right to refuse entry to the survey or to no longer award the Donation for any reason.
  9. Global Government Forum accepts no responsibility for any surveys which are not completed for any reason including for any which are not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon starting the Survey.
  11. Global Government Forum reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the survey where it becomes necessary to do so.
  12. Personal data supplied during the course of this survey will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy, available at www.globalgovernmentforum.com. Global Government Forum will process your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.
  13. The terms and conditions of this survey and donation will be governed by English law and participants of the survey submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  14. Results of the survey will be shared with select commercial partners of globalgovernmentforum.com, in an anonymised aggregated format.

Global Government Forum’s Direct Marketing Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: Responsive Government Survey 2022

1. The prize draw is open to all respondents who complete the Global Government Forum survey (Global Responsive Government Survey 2022). Staff members of Global Government Forum, or Pendragon International Media Ltd, and any other organisation connected with the survey are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

2. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the Global Government Forum survey. By completing the survey entrants confirm that they have the permission of the organisation they are working for to enter the prize draw. (Entrants may elect to answer Don’t know on mandatory questions in the survey to allow completion. These survey results will be removed from the sample for analysis, though entry to the prize draw will still be included)

3. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary.

4. For each country surveyed there are 3 separate prizes, each of which being one £100 online shopping voucher. For the avoidance of doubt, any answers given to the survey are anonymous and not linked in any way to the prize draw results.

5. The prize draw closes at 11.59 (BST) on 8th September 2022 with the winner drawn by Global Government Forum on 9th September 2022 using a computer programme to randomly generate a winner.

6. The winners will be notified by email on 9th September 2022 to the email address they specified when they completed the survey. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then they will forfeit the prize and a re- draw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying then that they are the winner. The Winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.

7. The winner is responsible for paying any income tax (if any) due on the prize won.

8. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

9. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.

10. In the event of any dispute, Global Government Forum’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The name of the winner (if the winner consents to their name being published) will be available after 9th September 2022 by emailing Kevin Sorkin at Global Government Forum at [email protected]

12. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
