Negotiation Skills for the Virtual World

This is an open programme and an in-house training course. For further information and pricing contact [email protected] or phone on +44 20 7661 7817.
Overview
This live virtual training seminar covers being effective in negotiations with others who may take a different view or seek alternative outcomes. It provides a practical and interactive approach to using influence when consulting with stakeholders and provides opportunities to practise negotiation skills within the seminar workshop, as well as back in the workplace.
Who is the seminar designed for?
The seminar is designed for anyone who usually has responsibility for conducting meetings and negotiations and is currently holding these events online, as well as for anyone who is new to this activity and finds themselves negotiating vitrually for the first (or fourth or fifth) time in virtual meetings due to current pandemic working contexts, which are going to persist in some form well into the future. (Even if your role becomes more office-based down the line, you will encounter numerous other people whose organisations adopt a very flexible approach to new working, or who discourage unnecessary travel for their staff).
How will you benefit from attending?
If you usually conduct negotiations of any kind, you will benefit from attending this live virtual event that takes you through how to navigate the negotiation process in the virtual world.
Whatever your working profile over the next 18 months or so – remote, hybrid or office-based working – you will encounter a range of stakeholders and potential partners who wish to hold meetings remotely. This training seminar will help you to manage that process more effectively.
