Innovation Feedback Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The prize draw is open to all respondents who complete the Innovation 2026 feedback survey. Staff members of Global Government Forum, Global Government Fintech, Pendragon International Media Ltd, or any organisation directly involved in administering the survey are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Entry into the prize draw is optional and can be completed by providing an email address upon finishing the survey. All email addresses will be treated confidentially and stored separately from survey responses to ensure participant anonymity.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. No purchase is necessary.
- The prize consists of one £200 John Lewis shopping voucher (or alternative equivalent value/currency online shopping voucher at Pendragon International Media Ltd’s sole discretion). For clarity, all responses provided within the survey remain anonymous and are not linked in any way to the prize draw entries.
- The prize draw closes at 23:59 (BST) on 30th April 2026. The winner will be selected at random on 7th May 2026 using a computer programme managed by Pendragon International Media Ltd.
- The winner will be notified by email no later than 10th May 2026 at the email address provided when entering the draw. If the winner does not claim their prize within 30 days of notification, they will forfeit their prize and another winner will be randomly selected. To claim the prize, the winner must follow the instructions provided in the notification email.
- The winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes relating to the prize.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Pendragon International Media Ltd accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, or late entries.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Pendragon International Media Ltd shall be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner’s name (subject to consent from the winner) will be available after 20th May 2026 by emailing Kevin Sorkin at Global Government Forum via [email protected].
- By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Participants are advised to retain a copy of these terms and conditions for their records.
