Overview

This training workshop is designed to help you if you feel that you could benefit from the ability to think and react more quickly and fluently in professional settings. Some people seem to have a knack for quick thinking and getting their point across, but this ability is actually also a skill that you can learn and improve. By learning and applying some effective approaches, tips and techniques, you can make rapid improvements in your ability to respond quicker, structure your replies, and make persuasive cases to put across your opinions, advice and views. The workshop format provides plenty of opportunity to practice and apply these methods, and to improve as you do so.
