Across local government, innovative AI projects and digital initiatives are emerging at an unprecedented pace. Yet many organisations find themselves stuck in a cycle of pilots and proofs of concept that never progress into meaningful, organisation-wide transformation.

Successfully scaling innovation requires more than technology. It demands leadership, clear outcomes, organisational alignment and a culture that supports experimentation whilst maintaining a relentless focus on service improvement.

This webinar brings together local government leaders to explore how councils can move beyond isolated AI projects and create the conditions for innovation to deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes across many public sector organisations.

Discussion Points

  • Lessons from how councils successfully embedding AI and digital transformation have aligning digital, service and transformation teams around shared outcomes to improve everyday service delivery.
  • How to move from experimentation to implementation with clear business objectives and success measures – and why promising AI and digital initiatives often fail to scale
  • How to create organisational environments where innovation is expected, supported and measured – and building the internal capability, confidence and leadership
