Overview

In today’s complex and emergent environments where the delegation of decision-making at multiple levels has become essential, the role of the leader has never been as important. Leaders have to employ different skills and approaches to deal with complex issues; at the same time effectively growing their people and providing an environment for innovation and constant change.

Leadership in a complex environment is an on-going process, not an intervention. Throughout this three-day live, interactive course, we will draw appropriate lessons from commercial, military, and tech environments to achieve a better understanding of leadership and decision-making in a complex and emergent environment.

The course is designed for leaders working in complex environments who need to understand how to act most effectively in their roles, from strategic thinking through action planning to communicating their vision and into implementation and delivery.

Working with organisations of all sizes including global pharmaceutical, to national police forces, to the creative arts, Richard is able to help navigate the complex environments influencing decision making and develop appropriate interventions and support that will create agility with a focus on value for the user.
