Two-Day Training Course


The aim of this course is for operational leaders to understand how to lead across self-organising, cross-functional teams, so that they can give authority and trust to those responsible for delivering aspects of a service or programme.

The course will introduce agile concepts and techniques in an online environment using a combination of talks, exercises and practical activities embracing the principle of ‘learning by doing’. Further embedding of the learning in a contextual environment is available via ongoing support and mentoring at either a group or individual level.

The course is designed for operational leaders who are involved in planning and implementing a customer-centric approach for their service delivery operations.
