Global Government Forum’s Direct Marketing Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: The Future of Government: Public Services in 2022 and beyond

1. The prize draw is open to all respondents who complete the Global Government Forum survey (The Future of Government: Public Services in 2022 and beyond). Staff members of Global Government Forum, or Pendragon International Media Ltd, and any other organisation connected with the survey are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

2. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the Global Government Forum survey. By completing the survey entrants confirm that they have the permission of the organisation they are working for to enter the prize draw. (Entrants may elect to answer Don’t know on mandatory questions in the survey to allow completion. These survey results will be removed from the sample for analysis, though entry to the prize draw will still be included)

3. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary.

4. There are two separate prizes, each of which being one £300 online shopping voucher. For the avoidance of doubt, any answers given to the survey are anonymous and not linked in any way to the prize draw results.

5. The prize draw closes at 11.59 (BST) on 20th December 2022 with the winner drawn by Global Government Forum on 20th December 2022 using a computer programme to randomly generate a winner.

6. The winners will be notified by email on 21st December 2022 to the email address they specified when they completed the survey. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then they will forfeit the prize and a re- draw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner.

7. The winner is responsible for paying any income tax (if any) due on the prize won.

8. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

9. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.

10. In the event of any dispute, Global Government Forum’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The name of the winner (if the winner consents to their name being published) will be available after 21st December 2022 by emailing Kevin Sorkin at Global Government Forum at [email protected]

12. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
