The Future of Government: Public Services in 2022 and beyond

Welcome to the 2022 Future of Government Survey.

We are seeking the views of US public servants of the relationship between US citizens and government in our short editorial survey.

The survey is relevant for all US Federal and State public servants: your experience matters whether you work in a citizen-facing role or not.

The survey also explores your own experience of accessing government services, outside of your government role.

You can take the survey by clicking here

Answers are anonymous, and the survey takes approximately only a few minutes to complete.

The research is being carried out by Global Government Forum and knowledge partner Appian. You will also be able to access the results report, and can attend the free research launch Webinar after the survey has closed.

Thank you to everyone who has already taken part; responses so far have been fascinating, and we look forward to sharing the findings with you when the report is published.

To say thank you for taking part, you can enter into the optional prize draw at the end of the survey for the chance to receive one of two $350 (USD) online shopping vouchers of your choice (or an equivalent donation to a charity of your choice), with the results being announced in December*.

Kind regards
