Day Two Essential Cynefin


The Cynefin framework helps us make sense of situations so that we can more effectively guide our decision-making and management approaches. The framework and methods covered in this course can be applied to a range of operational challenges by leaders and other members of your organisation.
Essential Cynefin introduces participants to the application of the framework and its tools and methods and is a “must do” learning opportunity for those leading and working in complex environments.

Richard’s background in the armed forces, education, therapeutic practice, and importantly, service development, bring a broad range of expertise and skills in both the public and private sectors with specialisation in developing and delivering the strategies and environment for sustainable change.
