To make the most of the potential for government to use digital to improve services, departments and agencies work together to create interoperable systems and processes.

The UK government’s One Login programme has a mission to ‘make it easy for everyone to access government services’ – but there are barriers to developing systems at scale and which are focused on users.

This webinar will look at how the government can develop digital credentials in a way that are inclusive and effective. It will look at the barriers to deploying credentials, which include UK government findings that only 4% of  users under the age of 17 have enough financial or government footprint for identification, and 42% have difficulty completing online tasks and therefore need help from friends and family.

Join this session to discuss:

  • How digital credentials can help join up services for users.
  • How to build digital credential systems that are agile and inclusive
  • How to persuade departments to sign up to unified credentials systems across government.
