Overview

Effective policy development requires the ability to identify the risks that the policy should address and the risks of different policy options. Policy and projects need to identify and address the risks to successful implementation. This training course enables you to deliver successful policies and projects by providing you with strategies for successful management of the risks that affect your policies and projects.
 
It also incorporates a focus on the specific issues caused by working in hybrid teams, outlining approaches to mitigate any impact on the policy and project process that could be caused by this blend of remote and office-based working.

Who is it designed for?

This event is for civil service and public sector officials with policy and project responsibility at all levels, including senior staff. It has also been designed bearing in mind those people in the civil service involved in policy and project work in the context of hybrid team working patterns.
