Second day of Innovation 2026 to continue showcasing public service transformation

The second day of innovation 2026 will continue to share insights on how governments can transform how they deliver to an audience of public servants.
The second day of the flagship public service exhibition and conference, which brings together government leaders from across the globe, will cover topics such as making public service transformation happen with artificial intelligence, and how to empower civil servants to deliver.
Sessions will cover themes including innovation in government, innovation in health, innovation in local government, and innovation in defence, security, cyber and resilience.
In the central government theme, the conference will examine how governments can measure performance to drive continuous improvement, unlocking better, smarter public services through better use of data; and how to build cross-government teams to deliver outcomes for citizens.
