Collaborative working with Data & Analytics proven to achieve Mental Health Targets
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust gained recognition by NHS England for the outstanding work done in a 3-way project between the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) team, Transformation Team and Analytics Team (with Promatix) to achieve 100% compliance with RTT standard.
Working as part of the Analytics Team, Promatix have helped Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust EIP team achieve 100% compliance with their RTT standard.
The need from the service was to have the systems, processes and reporting in place to be able to manage the EIP target RTT, monitor the service capacity, improve performance, and have visibility across the trusts localities.
A project was put together between the Clinical Service, Transformation Team and Analytics Team to find a solution. Promatix have previously worked with The Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on a number of projects, so possess a great knowledge of the data structures. Our existing relationship with the clinical staff allowed us to be the trusted partner for solutions. With experience in a variety of healthcare organisations, our team have the right mix of expert Tableau knowledge and domain experience, making the trust’s vision a reality. Promatix worked with Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on business intelligence architecture, Tableau deployment, data visualisation best practice and informatics transformation.
With the data readily accessed, the service managers and clinical staff were able to rapidly see a large volume of actionable intelligence.
All of the dashboards were updated every 24 hours. The result of this work is that the Trust and their services achieved 100% compliance with the RTT standard, as well as winning national recognition for performance and progress.
