Remote and flexible working, health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion… when it comes to the workplace, all of these things and more have been thrown into sharp focus since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Having had to fundamentally shift working practices almost overnight to enable employees to deliver new and vital public services from the safety of their homes, 18 months on, civil service leaders are taking stock of what’s worked and what hasn’t, and thinking about how best to keep employees healthy, happy and productive. There’s a lot to consider as we barrel towards a new era of work, and knowing what employees want and expect will be key. Fill out the form below to read Workday’s Employee Expectations Report 2021 and find out how to boost performance and retention.
