An NTT DATA survey of UK civil servants has found huge enthusiasm about the potential of data – and striking levels of support for the centre to win new powers to promote progress. Attend the webinar launch to understand the full results

Join our webinar to understand how civil servants want to make better use of data – and how they think government should clear the obstacles standing in their way.

Our survey gathered the views of 346 civil servants, half of which were Senior Civil Service or Grades 6-7; and the results reveal:

  • Those believing the centre of government should have stronger levers to require action by departments, for example, outnumber those opposed by three to one.
  • Overwhelming support for key aspects of the government’s Data Strategy – including the introduction of an integrated data platform and mandatory data standards – as well as actions such as legislative changes and raising salaries for digital leaders.

During the webinar, senior leaders will launch the report, present and analyse the findings, and take live questions from the online audience.

Date: Tuesday 09 February

Time: 10:00am
